Mr. Larry D. McWherter, Sr., C.P.P.
Prior President-Owner of Security Services, Inc. He has served the security industry for over fifty (50) years in a variety of command and/or supervisory positions (including consulting) in Government Service, Public Law Enforcement, Proprietary Security, and Contract Agency Service. He is one of the original 1200 Certified Protection Professionals (C.P.P.) by the American Society of Industrial Security International (A.S.I.S.) and also a licensed Private Detective (IL #115-0401), Private Security Contractor (IL #119-0026), and Private Alarm Contractor (IL #124-0013) in the State of Illinois since 1984.
As the holder of several college degrees in Industrial and Business Security, Police Science, and Fire Service, he has served as a member of the Private Security and Police Technologies Training advisory board, and as Instructor in the Private Security (Law Enforcement) programs at Illinois Central College. In 1994, he was appointed to the Illinois Private Detective, Private Security, Private Alarm, and Locksmith Board for Licensing and Disciplinary Hearing for the State of Illinois and served for eleven years.
He is a world renown Security Professional and has spoken for many years at various International Conferences and Seminars.

- Associated Detectives and Security Agencies of Illinois (A.D.S.A.I.) since 1977.
